Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We have a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@ancientwisdomco.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@ancientwisdomco.com if:
the item is defective or damaged, or
you received the wrong item.
We’ll review the issue and work with our fulfillment partner to make it right, which may include a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are made to order, certain items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. These include:

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to contact us about the issue. In many cases, we’ll ask you to place a new order once any return or replacement has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging—and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your request and/or return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
